He gave out several tips on how a couple could possibly have the gender of their baby that they wanted to have.
According to Dr. Shettles, if the couple is aiming for a baby girl they should rest for 2-3 days before and after the woman ovulated. They also might want to try the shallow penetration so that the sperm would take a long travel.
If they wanted to have a baby boy, they should wait for 4-5 days before and after the ovulation period. The best position is the doggy style which leads the sperm a shorter travel.
