Menstrual period is the week of the month wherein women suffer from abdominal pain due to the blood that were being released from their body. This is the most hated moment in every women's life. However, Menstruation isn't just a way to see if your pregnant or not, there's something deeper than that.
What women didn't know is that there are certain things that they should avoid during their monthly period. Here are some of it:
1. Never skip meals
Always remind yourself that you're losing a lot of blood that's why you needed to eat on time, to add energy to your body.
2. Avoid Physical works
This wouldn't lessen the pain, thus it will just add more pain to your abdomen.
3. Get involved in a se*ual interc*urse
Never get yourself involved in such act, during your cycle. This might lead to infections.
4. Eat at a fast food
Consuming greasy foods wouldn't be healthy for your body.
5. Work
Never force yourself to work, staying in bed will be the best for women in period.
6. Staying awake all night
Sleeping is what women should do to gain energy for the next day!
