A video that was taken at the McDonalds' in Barangay Balibago, Sta. Rosa Laguna has gone viral online and has been touching the hearts of the netizens because of what the crew and the manager did!
The manager of the said McDonalds' named Sharmain Tacluyan posted the video on her Facebook account.
It was stated on her post that a mother came to their store and was asking for a discount because it's her daughter's birthday, but then they were unable to give her the discount that she wants because there's no such promo.
But because they wanted the little girl to celebrate her birthday, they quickly designed a pancake and hurriedly pump the balloons. They then played a "happy birthday" song in the store.
The mother was in tears as she witnessed how the manager and the crews surprised them.
The netizens claim that this is indeed the most touching footage that they've ever seen.
